Celebrating the Heart of Soulumination

Please join me in participating in the “Celebrating the Heart of Soulumination” fundraising campaign for an organization that is near and dear to my heart, Soulumination. Many of you are aware that this wonderful organization celebrates the lives of children and parents facing life-threatening conditions by providing beautiful, professional, life-affirming photographs to the families of critically ill children and adults with children under the age of 18.

I am proud to be a photographer and board member for Soul. The years I have worked closely with Lynette and Soul have taught me so many things; to be thankful, be strong, have a huge heart and never stop giving.

In 2010 my father pasted away from terminal cancer. Outside of the Soul program we had Lynette photograph our family. These photos surround our house and there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t get to see my father. The photos are real; they bring joy, smiles and a warm heart. When I look into his eyes I remember his voice and his touch. These photos mean the world to me and will be a long standing connection for my children to remember their grandfather.

I am compelled to support Soulumination in celebration of the 60th birthday of its founder Lynette Johnson, who last year faced her own battle with Lymphoma.
My fundraising goal to support Soulumination is $6000. Please make a donation in any amount to an organization that touches so many lives.
