My name is Yash Rajpal. I am a rising 3rd grader. My sister told me about Pratham’s Readathon and that Pratham is helping kids in India to learn reading. I wanted to help my sister and Pratham. So, I wanted to read 4 books.
Here are the books I read –
1. The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan. This is about when Percy finds out that he is the son of Poseidon, god of the Sea and brother to Zeus and Hades. He goes on a quest to find out who stole Zeus’s lighting bolt.
2. The Titan Curse by Rick Riordan. This is about when Percy finds out about two more half-bloods. They are named Nico and Bianca. Percy goes on a quest with Bianca to save Annabeth Chase and the Greek goddess Artemis.
3. The Battle of the Labyrinth by Rick Riordan. This is about when Percy goes into the labyrinth to protect camp half-blood.
4. The Last Olympian by Rick Riordan. This is about Percy and all the other half-bloods are fighting Kronos who wants to destroy the Gods.
