Dear friends,
Today was the last day of the Pratham Readathon. I participated in this exciting event, which was held in North Carolina for the first time. During the one month of the Readathon, I read the following books: The Titan’s Curse, The Battle of the Labyrinth, The Last Olympian and The Lost Hero – all written by Rick Riordan. I greatly enjoyed reading these books and also felt proud to be helping students in India through my reading. So far, I have raised $105 by reading the books and my goal is to raise $250 by August 3, 2012. I wanted to thank you for all your support during this Readathon. This is a great way to help my less fortunate friends in India.
Sincerely,
Saurish
