What is EducateOne?
This is a fundraising initiative done through Isha Vidhya that encourages children abroad to fund atleast one child’s education in India.
How does it work?
Children ask their friends and family to sponsor them for a dollar amount. Isha Vidhya will allocate and provide updates on the child’s status to the kids that raise the full amount and provide regular updates via email.
Who can participate?
Kids of any age can participate (adults are welcome).
Why participate?
Kids with an opportunity to go to school, will see the value of helping a child in need go to school. They can visit the children at school when they travel to India.
How do I know my donation will make a difference?
With every $240 raised, one child in India will go to school through the Educateone campaign. All donors will receive a story about the child educated through the money raised in this campaign.
100% of all donations will go directly to Isha Vidhya.
SeeYourImpact.org even covers credit card fees to save money for Isha Vidhya. When you make a donation, you have the option to give an additional gift to SeeYourImpact to help cover their operating expenses.

Learn the value of helping others and participating in community service. Certificates of Appreciation will be awarded to all participants.

Hi, my name is Sophia. I’m an 11year old girl from Pennsylvania USA. During mt last visit to India I volunteered at Isha Vidya once a week for four months. I loved helping the younger kids and watching them excel in their education. It’s a great feeling to now you helped a rural child learn English and Math. I also made friends with the older children. Their English skills were fantastic. There were able to speak to me fluently in English since I don’t know Tamil. Its so rewarding to help this wonderful cause. Whether is donating time or money, you can help! Together we can change a child’s future.
