Every book I read helps educate a child in India
Hello,
I am Saanya Shah. I am 10 years old and I love reading. Ever since I was very little, I had wanted to make a good change in the world somehow in someway. Well, right here and right now, you and I can both make a difference. Please read the following message about this amazing fundraiser that I am participating in.
I am participating in Pratham USA Readathon 2014 because I want to help less fortunate children attend Pratham schools and learn to read, write and count well. Pratham is a not-for-profit organization that is educating millions of kids in India since it was founded in 1994. Pratham needs only $25 to educate one child for one whole year. Please visit www.prathamusa.org for more information.
I have always been interested in helping poor children and I will spend my summer reading 10 books. So far, I have read 4 books. My goal is to sponsor 10 children by raising $250. Please support my read-a-thon by making a donation. Because when you do that, you are helping everyone take one step closer to a finer future.
Thank you for your support.
Love,
Saanya
