Help me support Fertility Within Reach!

As I have never been shy talking about, having difficultly getting pregnant definitely changed my life in more than ways than one – the obvious being the birth of two healthy, beautiful daughters. Matt and I couldn’t be prouder them.

And we also built a company to boot – a successful endeavor that has helped thousands of others women and families (www.circlebloom.com) all over the world.

But, one of the areas lately that has been bringing me the most amount of pride is my involvement with Fertility Within Reach, a non-profit organization led by Davina Fankhauser, who is doing some amazing things.

Let me explain to a greater degree why I am so passionate about it.

One of life’s most devastating realizations is the inability to become pregnant. Infertility is a disease and wreaks havoc on millions and millions of couples across the U.S.

The second most devastating realization comes after this diagnosis: coming to terms with the lack of support and inconsistent information when trying to seek medical care.

Most patients face the epic battle of fighting their insurance company, employer and medical team to access the healthcare needed to treat this disease. Fertility Within Reach provides these couples with advice, tools and support to help build their family.

And I am a HUGE fan of Davina, FWR’s founder and leader. As Michael Dukasis recently said, “I thought Kitty was the most tenacious advocate I had ever known, until I met Davina.” She works tirelessly in the most passionate way to help each couple overcome the challenges they inevitably face throughout their infertility journey.

Fertility Within Reach is helping one couple at a time. During National Infertility Awareness Week® we are asking your support to help fund one or more initiatives to help make a difference to a family in need.
