Impact Card Terms and Conditions

A SeeYourImpact.org Impact Card (“Impact Card”) gives the recipient of the Impact Card the ability to allocate the donation that you, as the purchaser, have made to SYI. The recipient will be able to allocate such donation among one or more gifts that will be sent to beneficiaries throughout the world in accordance with the allocations specified by the Impact Card recipient. In addition, the recipient of the Impact Card can also choose to make a charitable donation of the entire Impact Card or a portion of thereof to SYI. You understand and agree that, if the Impact Card has not been redeemed in full within twelve (12) months of the date of purchase, the remaining balance on the Impact Card automatically becomes a charitable donation to SYI, and may be used by SYI for operating expenses in furtherance of its 501(c)(3) purposes. After the conversion of the remaining balance on the Impact Card as set forth herein, the Impact Card may no longer be used to make gifts.

A Impact Card will be delivered by email from SYI to the intended recipient directly, if you provide the recipient’s valid email address to which an Impact Card may be sent. SYI will send a reminder to the email address of delivery if a Impact Card has not been redeemed in whole within thirty (30) days prior to the date on which an unused Impact Card will automatically convert into a donation as described above.

A Impact Card is limited to making gift donations from the SYI website to intended beneficiaries throughout the world. The Impact Card cannot be redeemed for any other SYI products or services, including, but not limited to, SYI branded merchandise, or promotional products.

Redemption of an Impact Card by a recipient (i.e., someone other than you) occurs when any portion of the value of the Impact Card is used by such recipient to make a gift from the SYI website. Impact Cards are not refundable and no replacement credits for a particular Impact Card can be issued once that Impact Card has been redeemed, or if the Impact Card is lost or otherwise is no longer unavailable to purchaser or recipient. Impact Cards are not transferable by a recipient.

Impact Cards may be purchased on the SYI website in the dollar amounts specified therein. Impact Cards must be redeemed through the SYI Web site,  http://seeyourimpact.org.

Impact Cards and their use are subject to the SYI Impact Card Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
