1. What percentage of my donation goes to the gift I selected?

We ensure that 100% of your donation goes toward the gift you select. Sound extreme? We hope so. We’re serious about giving you confidence in your donations.

2. How does SeeYourImpact cover overhead expenses?

Our operating costs are covered when donors choose to give above and beyond the cost of their gift to our operating fund. We provide this option during check out.

3. What tax benefits may I receive by donating through SeeYourImpact?

SeeYourImpact is a 501 (c)(3) organization based out of Seattle, Washington USA. Your full donation, including your optional contribution to SeeYourImpact, is tax deductible in the US.

4. Will you be adding more locations and projects?

5. How do you select your partner charities?

SeeYourImpact partners with certified charities around the world to deliver your gifts to individuals in need.

Every SeeYourImpact partner is making a scalable and sustainable impact on the lives of people within their communities. To qualify as a partner, organizations must demonstrate integrity and passion in the work they do. SeeYourImpact partners must pass a rigorous selection process, including certification by a trusted US-based non-profit organization.

6. May I contact the person I helped?

By giving through SeeYourImpact, you agree not to contact the individual you have helped without first receiving explicit written permission from SeeYourImpact staff. SeeYourImpact and our partners reserve the right to change the name of children under 18 in order to protect their identities.

7. How do you cover the cost of delivering photos and stories ?

Our charity partners bundle all of the costs associated with delivering a gift and recording the impact into one easy-to-understand price. We don’t add any administrative costs to the gift. We provide volunteers who edit and translate the stories, we provide the technology that makes impact reporting easy – and we do all of this while passing on 100% of each donation to our charity partners on the ground. (It’s the generous, optional donations from people who donate directly to SeeYourImpact.org that make our work possible.)
