SeeYourImpact’s mission is to transform giving into a joyful and fulfilling experience for all donors by enabling charitable organizations to show the connection of each donor’s gift to the actual end beneficiary in an authentic and transparent manner.
Co-Founders
Scott Oki
Scott Oki retired from Microsoft as Senior VP of Sales, Marketing and Services. For the last 17 years he has been focused almost full time on philanthropy, participating in over a hundred non-profit boards and founding over a dozen non-profits. Mr. Oki serves as Chairman of the Board for SeeYourImpact.
Digvijay Chauhan
Digvijay Chauhan is the former CTO of AskMe Corporation, a web based expertise sharing company, co-founded by him in 1999 after a successful career at Microsoft. He recently transitioned out of AskMe to focus full time on SeeYourImpact.org. Digvijay serves as CEO of SeeYourImpact.

Adrian Hanauer
Adrian Hanauer is the co-owner and General Manager of Seattle Sounders FC – Major League Soccer Franchise. Adrian is involved in many organizations in Seattle and sits on the advisory board of The University of Washington Intercollegiate Sports Master’s Degree Program. He also is on the Board of Trustees for the Museum of History and Industry.
Michael Johnston
Michael Johnston is the co-founder Steelhead Partners. A founder of the Luke 12:48 Foundation, Johnston previously served as a board member of the American Foundation for Chess.
Pradeep Singh
Pradeep Singh is founder & Chairman of Aditi Technologies. Pradeep has received IIT Delhi’s Distinguished Alumni Service Award (2006) and has been recognized as a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum (Davos). He also serves as an Advisory Board Member of Grameen Technology.
Shalisan Foster
Shalisan Foster currently serves as a Managing Trustee for The Foster Foundation and as the Vice President, Treasurer and Co-Founder of the Rwanda Girls Initiative. She is a numbers person with a keen sense of detail, combined with compassion and the ability to always remain inspired and focused to make a difference in the lives of girls.
Robert Short
Rob Short retired from Microsoft in 2007 as Corporate Vice President of Windows Core after 19 years with the company. Short was part of the first Windows NT development team to concentrate on advancing the PC architecture and on the hardware/software interface. Since then he has led the development of setup, plug-and-play, clustering and other core features in Windows.
Rajeev Singh
Rajeev Singh is a co-founder and President and Chief Operating Officer of Concur Technologies Inc. Mr. Singh has been the company’s President since 2005, COO since 2002, and was appointed to the company’s Board of Directors in 2008.
Wendy Adams
After retiring from a successful career in the metals recycling industry, Wendy started the Rise Up Foundation to enable her to use her time, experience and resources to help individuals and organizations rise above their circumstances to actualize their full potential. Wendy has spent her life being active in broad and varied community service and philanthropy, but the overarching thrust of her efforts has been on organizations and initiatives that help families and children.
Erik Anderson
Since 2002, Erik has served as president of WestRiver Capital, a private investment company, Chairman of Tachyon Networks, Inc., an advanced satellite-based internet solutions company, and vice-Chairman of Montgomery Co., LLC, an investment bank serving growth companies in technology, media, and healthcare. Erik is the founder of America’s Foundation for Chess. He is also Chairman of Zula, LLC, a science education company, and a Board member of GEI, a leisure business based on golf entertainment.
Rowland Hanson
Rowland is Founder and CEO of the HMC Company and the Chairman of CRH & Associates. Prior to consulting, he was Vice President of Corporate Communications at Microsoft, where he created and executed the company’s highly acclaimed branding strategy which included the market introduction of Microsoft’s most popular product—a graphical interface that he named “Windows.”
Margo Day
Margo Day is the Vice President for Small and Midmarket Solutions and Partners in the West Region for Microsoft Corporation. Margo is responsible for the marketing and sale of Microsoft products and services to small and medium-sized business customers in the Western United States. In addition, she is responsible for ensuring the overall health of the Microsoft partner ecosystem, as well as deepening the managed partner relationships, in the region.
Lynette M. Holmes
Lynette is the Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Pizza Blends Inc. Lynette has been associated in a leadership role with a number of philanthropic organizations including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the Boys and Girls Club, the Make-a-Wish Foundation and the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Shanen Boettcher
Shanen Boettcher is the General Manager of the U.S. Server & Cloud business for Microsoft. He joined Microsoft in 1999 and has held several product planning, management and marketing positions in the company. Before coming to Microsoft, Shanen was a Product Manager at several Silicon Valley start-ups including Netscape Communications Corporation.
Melissa Waggener Zorkin
Under Melissa’s leadership as the CEO, President and Founder, Waggener Edstrom Worldwide has grown from a two-person communications agency in 1983 to become the world’s second-largest independent communications company. Melissa is a longtime supporter of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation’s Race for the Cure. She has been a Mercy Corps board member since 2006.
Michael Hilton
Mike is the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Concur Technologies Inc. Mike co-founded Concur in 1993 and served as Concur’s Chief Executive Officer until 1996. He became Concur’s Executive Vice President, Worldwide Marketing in October 2007. Mike was a director of Concur from 1993 until July 2008 and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors from 1996 until 1999.
Raza Jafar
Raza is the Chief Executive Officer of ENSHAA – A UAE based real estate development and investment company. Raza is also the Vice Chairman and Co-founder of Emirates Investments Group LLC. He is a member of the Global Philanthropists Circle and Synergos Board of Directors.
Ted Kummert
Ted Kummert is the corporate vice president of the Business Platform Division (BPD) within the Microsoft Server and Tools Business at Microsoft Corp. Ted is responsible for leading the product strategy and development of an integrated application platform for Microsoft.
Dan Brettler
Dan Brettler is the Chairman & CEO of Car Toys Inc. & Wireless Advocates LLC. Dan is a board member with the United Way of King County and chairs the agency’s Out of the Rain Committee addressing homelessness.
Josh Crossman
Joshua Crossman is Vice President of Client Services & Strategy at BrightEdge Technologies. Previously, he has been an executive at several technology companies and was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company. He serves on the board of several non-profits and social ventures.
Tom Pepe
Tom Pepe is the Co-Founder and CEO of Validas. Under Tom’s leadership Validas is well on its way to become the world leader in global mobile intelligence.
